Default new fish

i just got a porcupine puffer have been looking at him for 2 weeks straight and red up on them and decided o heck with it i want him. this fella is great he is im my new tank just him as of now and is acting ok he seems more active as the lights go out but i am wondering wut u other puffer owners feed urs i want to get a great varied so he doesnt seem like he is always eating the same thing

LOL they are hogs and will eat about anything from frozen peas to shrimp . Not a fish for a reef tank though will eat any and everything.. They are not the shy type when it comes to food. Everything morris the cat was not. LOL
I'd recommend a balanced diet of a good staple flake food and a little meat for a snack once in awhile. But not on a daily basis sprilunia is good for them also. Good luck with the new fish.

u r right he is eating evrything and anything i put it there i was worried about him not wanting to eat frozen food
