This is my Siberian Husky puppy, his name is Nanuk, and he is 15 weeks old. We've had him since 9 weeks, sorry for the delay ;)

I plan on showing him (or at least trying) haha

For those who have always wanted a husky: prepare for shedding. Oh lordy, the shedding. And energy. It's definitely a unique experience, depending on what types of dogs you are used to.

We have one that is about 2.5 years old now, and she still has two speeds. Off and on. It's fun if you can keep up, but there are definitely folks out there that are not suited to own a husky. Be smart about it if you are considering one.

Anywho, great looking puppy :) Can't wait to hear more about him.

    Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend these breeders, the mom is red with heterochromia (1 blue eye 1 brown) and the dad is jet black with the same eyes as my puppy. Grandparents are all Champions, etc etc. Great temperament, loves other dogs and ESPECIALLY people. However huskies aren't for everyone as I'm sure you know.
    Thank you :)

We had a German shepherd, passed away at 3 due to a tumor in the spine. :(
Oh yeah, definitely look into what owning a husky requires. Thankfully I live an active lifestyle so I can keep up with him. these dogs MUST be exercised or they will find trouble(3 hours of exercise spread out over a day so far seems to keep him calm). they need a very strong "pack leader" and lots of training.

Overall a very rewarding dog if they can be cared for properly.

jwin, post some pics please? :) also, have you ever tried giving yours deer antlers to chew?

    Thanks.

Thanks :) Unfortunately mine isn't calm just yet, he can be very high strung if he doesn't get every little bit of exercise he's used to. apart from eating/drinking and going to the bathroom, he's either asleep or running his heart out.
