| Yeah. There is a way to fix... just takes money.
That is too cool you grew up with an Ericson 27 in the same Bay! WOw. You probably know that boat well. |

| Yeah, as a kid I didn't appreciate it enough, but looking back on it, it was a great learning experience, and now when I go out sailing a lot of the old tricks and terms come back pretty quickly. Sailing speak is definitely a second language!

| | 3reef Moderator | Oh Boy Matt sorry to hear. Not the best time of year to have troubles just as the weather is letting you get out more.
Hope you can get her back on the water this season

| Understand, Matt
Got me missing my boat also...
Lived aboard Hunter 33 ("Persephone") for 3 years in Yorktown, Va, while stationed in at a Army base nearby (Ft. Eustis)
Worked out great as let my Army housing allowance buy boat which I got most back when I sold it upon being transfered to Europe. (Wonder today why I did not keep it and sail it there... )
Miss those days...day, evening, overnight sails on the Chesapeake...was single at time, so also served as a great "chick magnet" --- (I know annick, cindy, linda, et.al...very crass, but worked amazingly well )
Now just have a 15 foot aluminum skiff with a 30hp on it...it fly's on water and helps me getting over missing my helicopter flying days in military.
(The "chicks" are all now just great memories and will remain so. ) _________ AG "125," AquaC EV 180, 30 gal sump, "SCWD", 80 lbs LR, CoralSeaLife "Moonlite" Hood, PFO 250W HQI Mini-Pendant (SPS HQI 14000k bulb)
12 Gallon NanoCube "...nothing good ever happens fast in a reef tank, only bad things happen fast..."

| I miss my boat too (sob) It's not that it's broken or anything sad like that. It's just that I have moved into an apartment and there isn't a bathtub ( wahhh )
Mine was a chick magnet too
