How to give more Karma?

I've been a member here now for a little under 3 mos. I know how to give karma, but how do you more at one time. For instance, I have received large chunks of it, like 20 pts. a time. How can I do the same? I hope its not too easy and I just missed it.

The more you have the more you give, so basically if someone with a really high amount of karma gives karma to you, you're going to get a good little chunk added to yours.
