So how do mining regulations work over there? I know here in the states surface rights and underground mineral rights are two different things so somebody could bore into your ground from the neighbor's property but I'm trying to figure out how strip mining could be allowed on something owned and operated by the Wildlife Reserve?

Australia is very rich in alot of minerals . I dont think it will go ahead as theres too much public outcry bout it . | |
