_________

"Zoanthid, Notice that this word contains only a single "o." A zoo is a place where animals are kept on display, whereas zo-(rhymes with toe) is a prefix meaning "animal." This is a simple point, but I can't overstate how it grates on the ears of folks who know better. My advice in any endeavor would be to know the correct pronunciations of its words; otherwise we seem less-informed than we truly are."

I just did a website for a hatchery that raises clowns, cardinals and peppermint shrimp. Partialy paypent was 4 pairs from their 1000+ pairs of breeding stock.

not a bad deal. I'm actually thinking about getting rid of my pair, I feel horrible when they hatch and then are gone the next morning because I have no set up for them. Seems like a waste of a good pair. How big of a tank should you use to have a start at raising them>>>??

10g for rasing them but its real complicated, you cant just set up a tank and be good to go. first need to buy the book clownfishes by Joyce D. Wilkerson, that will get you started.

As for them hatching and being consumed by the tank, thats a free high protein food for your tank.

I thought about trying it, but its a big dedicated adventure that is very time consuming, around the clock work. He has 3 shifts of employees at the hatchery that maintains everything. His hatchery is 13,000 sqft on 3 floors.
