| This is boring I want to breed something!!!! Don't get me wrong I love my coral but the fish have to pick up some slack. I cut my hobbyist teeth on breeding discus and African cichlids. Reef tank is about the reef but it would be nice to have some of the the drama and social order that I had on the FW side. Are there any small reef safe fish that would adleast get along and court in my reef tank?
My 75g or I could even setup my 29g again as a breeder. |

How hard is it to raise clownfish fry? | Other then the daily duties, and raising of enough live rotifers, it ain't all that bad. Much harder then most freshies though, IMO.

| Re: This is boring I want to breed something!!!! Covey, you can also try to breed pseudochromis, electric blue dottybacks and royal gramma's. My LFS has sold these tank bred fish in the past. I believe the male R. Gramma's are larger than the females. I've even heard of blue throated triggers being bred and the males and females are easy to tell apart. |

| Re: This is boring I want to breed something!!!! I think found my fish. The P. Fridmani or the orchid dottyback. Marine Depot carries a book by Martin Moe about 2 year quest to breed these fish. It is a 188 pages must be tough. Sound like fun! |
