Default Anyone in the NH/Mass area with rotifers?

Hello,
Does anyone around the NH/Mass area have or know of a place where I can drive to get a culture of rotifers? I know you can buy them online, but this time of year the shipping can kill you. one place wanted $29.99 shipping for a $5.00 sample jar. I've tried the dry cycts in the past and had no real luck with them and would prefer a small sample of actively growing rotifers.
I'm expecting shrimp larve soon, and would like to have live food onhand, as dead food can quickly foul a tank.
I have Nannocloropsis Oculata and Phaeodactylum tricornutum for phytoplankton, these being of the 2-20 micron range, I'd also would be looking for any phytos in the 3-50 micron range as well.

Thanks,
Chris
