Temperature Notes

As with many thing in Reef Aquariums, stability is the key to success. The same is true with temperature…. Big temperature swings stress live stock.

A poll of 3reef aquarists found that most reef aquariums are kept at a temperature of 79 degrees plus/minus 1 degree. Some people keep their tanks a bit warmer or a bit cooler. The results of this poll can be found here.
