    54 lbs is amazing! Hope you keep fighting the good fight. On a similar note, mission6 has stopped smoking, Tangster has agreed to watch his dangling participles, and and I only smoke now after sex. I'm down to a pack a day!!

    (just kidding--I haven't smoked for almost 7 years now.)

    Cut way back on fat mostly.. I try to take in less than 15 grams a day/less than 1500 calories a day.. Also drinking more water and much less pop... So far so good... I take care of people over 600 pds. Thats alot of incentive in itself...

    well I took some time off... but I'm back on track now...at 66 pds and on the move again.. started a program at work.. 600 bucs to the winner... I can get alot of nice stuff for 600 bucs..lol..
