No worries....I have been told this is because of the nourishment, eating well makes them bigger & shed faster. It's a good sign Keep it up.

From wikipedia ... and crustaceans, moulting is the shedding of the exoskeleton (which is often called its shell), typically to let the organism grow. This process is called ecdysis. Ecdysis is necessary because the exoskeleton is rigid and cannot grow like skin. The new exoskeleton is initially soft but hardens after the moulting of the old exoskeleton.

This is a natural process, don't worry about it. How often are they molting?

This is good. My cleaner shrimp molt somewhere from 4-6 weeks. Depending on size they can do it more frequently. Once they get a little bit bigger in size it should slow a bit, and happen less frequently. As long as your tank is safe for the little guy, he should be fine.

Hope that helped some =)

Can't add much to that. Good response, Bogie!

Perfectly normal.
It still gets me when my Coral Banded Shrimp molts. I always think he died.
When CBS molt, it seemes to be the whole thing, even what looks like the claws.

Interesting paper
