Default White Cobweb looking things

I'm noticing in my tank and possibly coming from the Foxface Rabbit Fish, cobwebs. It seems as though the other fish were eating them and then I notice today they are strung arcoss a lot of stuff. What could they be? The fish aren't eating them anymore. I am trying to slowly adjust my salinity. I noticed it got to 1.019 for some reason.....no leaks that I can see.

here's two pics, hope you can see what I'm talking about.

Pics are not helping but from your description, I'm going to guess that you have vermetid snails.

Cerith, Nerite, small turbo and Med Mexican turbo. Is it a possibility my fish is spawning? It's been really eating alot more, but I don't think it's poop.

What amcarrig was trying to say is the spiderweb substance you have seen is caused most likely by vermetid snails. They are very small and should pretty much stay put on your live rock. The spider web you are seeing is the snails way of catching its food.
