Lightbulb Thing on anal fin of Yellow Tang

Hi, I am a newbie in this hobby. I have a 55g setup for about a month now. To my suprise all my fish have survived. When my timer turned my light on today I noticed a small parasite looking thing on my Yellow Tang. It is located on it's anal fin. Its pretty small in size and looks like a little bug. Any ideas on how to remedy or is this completely normal? .... The fish seems to be doing fine today at least....

Thanks guys..

Catch your tang and pluck it off with tweezers, you don't want them multiplying in your system. And yes they will cause harm, especially if they multiply they will drain your tang.

I just did a fresh water dip, and as soon as it dropped into the fresh water the creature dropped right off. Yellow Tang seems to be doing fine... Was pain in the butt to catch the fish with all my rock...

Thanks for all your help guys....
