It is a Sebae Anemone!!! Very delicate and requires intense lighting to survive, not to mention ideal water parameters! What do you have for lights? I am sorry to say that I think it is on its way out and should be removes asap to reduce the chances of your water quaility becomming hampered as well as that of your livestock! Yes, sometimes an anemone will loook like that when it is regurgitating its food it ate previously before returning to its natural size and beautiful color.
I just don't think that this is the case with your unfortunately!
I would do a water change and remove the anemone before things really take a tailspin for the worse and effect other living animlas!
Sorry!

What lighting is it under?
How long have you had it?
How long has the tank been up?

All questions that need answered before an accurate answer can be given

Looks to be inverted to me ? the second photo it does the top photo it looks like hell , If its just taking on new water it will puff back up in a day or so , unless its starting to actually dissolve and looks to be disintegrating then I'd give it a day to see . Has there been a ammonias spike or something out of the norm lately ? New additions or temperatures ? Had you by chance recently just fed it a meal ?

Lighting is the issue!!!! Not enough light! Power compacts and sebae anemones are not a good match!
Continue to monitor your water!

O.K if you just fed it then it may be just making a waste ball , A fast course in anemones and I bet you did not no it ? I just posted this to another thread also , But that top picture of the sebae he is weak the one where you'd consider it healthy and looking good , Nope he is to pale and white and the purple tips are to bright and purple , In reality it's looking bad , The reason it looks so full and extended is its trying to capture all the light it can to feed its real and most important source of food the Zoo.alga's that live with in it , They convert light into sugar carbons to keep it fed. A healthy sebae is a dull brown to tan color with not so bright tips . Thats why they deflate and up take new water every so often to keep the alga's healthy and going. I don't recall what size P/C's you have ? But its more about the bulbs and water depth I have kept about every anemone there is under VHO and some under P/C's with the proper bulbs and wattages and tank size.
Honestly I think its going to be O.k if its not looseing flesh as of yet its just digesting and getting ready to expell the waste . the oral disk will start to look open and loose also. But its hard to be even 90% sure from a still photo. But also you may need to correct the lightimng issue ? they should never need to be hand fed.

I just ran the Ammonia and Nitrite - Both still Zero.

I just changed my bulbs a month ago (65 watt) and the water depth is 12 inches
