I am trying to switch over tanks today and found out I have some type of worms in my tank I dont know if I can keep switching my tank over or not my fish are going to need to go to the new tank but the worms are in the crushed coral that needs to be switched over also what do i do please help asap.

Well can you post a picture of the worms. Maybe you should remove them.
