Mixing Salt in a tank

This is IndianOutlaw at Horton16's house... I want to know can i mix the salt in my tank if i have no Livestock At ALL in my tank?

29 gallon OCeanic BioCube. with a 316gph pump

It really depends do you have anything at all sand, lr ?
If not you should be absolutely fine , do check all spg ect before adding anything tho

I have nothing at all What is SPG?

Go ahead and mix it you will be absolutely fine just let it mix like you normally would to get all the salt disolved tho espc since you have a false wall

you could do it, but as so as you add something you cant. IMO i would just get use to mixing outside the tank

I would not, just in case something doesnt get mixed well

When filling my 265g I just dumped a hole 5 gallon bucket of salt in the tank and stirred it up with a power head.

It can be done but you will have to remove some water to add sand or LR so you dont over flow the tank but it can be done it just triples your work load
