| Astrea Snail | We had a massive storm here last week and it caused the power to go out. The tank actually got to 74 degrees and I normally keep it at 79-80. I was out of town and had to rely on my girls to take care of the disaster. However, his change of eating started about 4-5 days prior to the storm. I put some rubies in there yesterday and he followed them but did not attack as normal. |

| Astrea Snail | Yeah, Im sure relying on my daughters to take care of him was a shock! Hes following the large krill that Im feeding but still no interest. Ill see about getting some shrimp and see if he goes after them. |

| Coral Banded Shrimp | Maximus is a great name for a lionfish. Have any other water conditions changed? |

| Purple Spiny Lobster | Just a possibility, but what have you fed him in the past? You mentioned you were feeding him krill, did that make up the large part of his diet? Is he able to open his mouth? Lockjaw is a fairly common occurrence with predatory fish. The cause is an incomplete diet but exactly what nutrient is the cause isn't 100% sure. IMHO a lionfish NEEDS a varied diet closer to what they would find in nature. _________ "A woman drove me to drink and I didn't even have the decency to thank her"-W.C. Fields |

| Spanish Shawl Nudibranch | My lionfish stopped eating feeder fish even if he was starving. I got some ghost shrimp and he ate those right away. I fed him ghost shrimp for a couple days, then switched over to garlic soaked silver sides. He goes nuts the moment garlic hits the water. |
