I had to take out my LR to find a sea cucumber I should not have gotten and return him. I thought I knew where everyone was when I put back the rock but I can't find 1 red legg hermit and 1 medium snail. Should I pull everything back out and find them in casue they are decomposing under the rock?

Not to worry. Not worth effort. If you have a fair amount of LR and a protein skimmer, there should be little effect on tank (unless it is really tiny) if they infact have passed.

Probably just hiding out on you and will show up in due time.

my sea cucumber just kinda chills in the tank and hides half the time. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

however... check your powerhead if you have one.. look for possible cuc remains stuck to the intake (I know from experience)
