Default Ich Outbreak i think

My midas blenny has started getting a few white spots on his body, they are more noticeable under blue light, i'm thinking maybe it could be ich, if it is what is the best treatment for this while its in its early stages and also i have numerous inverts in the tank and no quarantine?

Probably get lots of different advice on this...

But if you want to try to cure in tank, big factor is reducing stress on fish.

Is it being harassed by another?

Try adding some garlic to food.

Increase frequency and amount of water changes for while.

Reduce light cycle for period.

Keep water params as pristine as possilbe....

Good Luck.

Something else that I would add is soaking your food in garlic (kent's garlic extreme works well) or soaking it in vitiman C.

As omard stated reducing the stress on the fish is key.

Ive never used that but im betting u are better off getting some good quality mysis shrimp and soaking it in some kent or seachem garlic. Mysis had more fat and protein in it for the fish. Not a whole lot of anything in brine shrimp. Ich is feeding off fish, u gotta keep em fat so they can fight it off.

A nice alternative is to reduce the salinity of your tank slowly to 1.010 or so. This will effectively help to stop ICH or other parasitic infestation. Once you have lowered the salinity to this level, maintain it long enough for the ICH to subside, then increase the salinity level to the desired level again(1.024-1.027)!
Good luck!
