Unhappy Hermit Crab with Ich?????

Hello, I just got my first livestock for my cycled tank....3 turbo snails....two orange striped-legged hermits, two red legged hermits & a fire shrimp. The red legged hermits and fire shrimp were purchased the day before yesterday. I noticed yesterday that one of the hermits, when he comes out of his shell to eat....has white specks on his body...not legs, just upper body/head. He is the only one that seems to have it. Everyone else seems to be doing okay, water per. are A+.....I'm not familiar with Ich on hermits...can you check out the pictures and see if you think thats what it is???
If it is.... what should I do??? I don't plan on having corals in the future....do you suggest medication or should I remove him?? The fireshrimp doesnt seem to be to interested in cleaning him...can this effect the shrimp???? PLEASE HELP!!!

No worries...ich doesn't attack hermits. It can't bite through their exoskeleton.

I don't know what that is but I don't think I would worry about it. It will probably go away with the next molt.
