Unhappy HELP RODI system is flooding my house!!!!

I just purchased an Air Water and Ice Compact 75 GPD Reefkeeper RODI system (to help support 3 reef sponsors) and installed it per the directions. I have even had two other people read the directions and they agree it is hooked up properly. my problem is when I turn on the water valve to allow flow to the system the first filter on the right (see photo) is just spraying water out of it like crazy. Why, I don't know but I hope someone here does. I checked to see if the filter was tight and it was. I do not have another filter to compare if it was manufactured correctly. My guess is that it is missing a seal or something. If anyone has any ideas please let me know I just recieved my new tank and wanted to set it up this weekend

Turn it off and open it up and look for a gasket. Get a plumber's wrench (rubber strap with metal handle - hardware store find) and it makes it easy to open. Can you tell where the water is coming from?

Get in front of the unit, get Airwaterice on the phone, and go from there.

I have got the filters to stop leaking and I have discovered that one of the connectors the factory placed between two of the filters is lose and water is only leaking through that connector now. I think I could take the filter housing off of the mounting bracket and fix it. I jus want Air Water and Ice to tell me it is okay for me to fix this part so I don't void any warranty. Thanks for the advice guys that is how I got the filters to stop leaking.

All I want to do is put clean water in my tank to function check it and check for leaks. Then I want to but in the rock and sand to start the cycle. I feel this may happen now.

I believe the very top filter is for taste only. It's a coconut husk filter. RO/DI typically doesn't taste very good. You may want to just remove it.
Also if the carbon filter is in upside down it will also cause excess pressure.

Does the Water build pressure then start to spray or is it instant.

J

Also I called Air Water and Ice one the phone but I had to leave a message. I think they may be closed. I also sent an email. Just to let everyone know I am not saying anything negative about Air Water and Ice. I only wanted to post this for help since I think the company is closed for the weekend.
