It was instant but once I fixed the filters seal it was resolved. I only have the leak in the connector from one filter to the other.

Okay after a quick trip to Lowes I picked up a new connector and it is now putting water in the tank as we speak. This is the test water which will get removed after everything is tested. The part apeared to be broken during shipping.
