I just did a 50% water change and its still cloudy. What can I do to help it? Its was really black. Someone told me that it would settle but its been 2 days. HELP |

| you probably just triggered a cycle, since you did 50% water change, stay calm and dont touch anymore thing it might make it worse.

| Do you have any powerheads on that are moving the water around? How does the water return to the tank?(drilled hole, hose, spray bar?) What kind of filtration are you running?

| Eventally, the particles will become removed through filtration or settle to the bottom of your tank.
If you have fish or other livestock in your tank, I wouldn't get to crazy with water changes, or you are going to open up a whole different can of worms, that will be worse than what you are dealing with at the present time! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F. | You may want to use some filter floss as well. That plus your filter and powerheads should take care of it. No biggie really...but like the master reefer said (that's my name for coral reefer , he is a freaking master at this! so listen to him ) do not make huge water changes or you'll be in trouble. |

| Any idea what that black substrate is "made" of and whether or not it's safe for a saltwater application? |
