Well I did not see him eat any BBS, but I put some of my real meaty food in the tank, and he did take a couple of pieces, and was poking at some more but missed them. Thanks, I feel much better now he is starting to eat. He was probably nervous. As he gets bigger, I am sure I will have to bring him back, it would be too cruel to keep him in such a small tank. Right now he is very small, but I will see how it goes.

you could also try soaking the food in garlic extract, i have never tried to get fish to eat but i've heard it works pretty well. and don't forget the less you feed them the slower they will grow. i feed my fish every other day.

Yes, I only feed my saltwater fish about every 3 days. They are always plump looking but now that I got this one, I may start to feed every 2 days.
