Unhappy HELP, Cloudy Eye

OK, so the other day I lost a Royal Gramma shortly after noticing a cloudy eye.

Now today, I just notice the Flame Angel has a white cottony cloudy eye.

What best path should I take here to save him ?

Appears to be swimming more frantically than normal. Other than that appetite is good, no other marks.

UV on tank, garlic dip food, and VitaChem

I dont what it is - those symptons are appearable in numerous dieseases'
My guess tho would be maybe a bacterial illness? maybe a parasite like ich not sure tho.

With a tank that size 45 Gal I'd just get some Maracyin 1 or 2 even for marine fish or Not and remove the carbon and cut the skimmer and just treat the tank some bacteria in there Mardel Labs makes the stuff

cloudy eye is often caused by a bacteria infection, you can get some antibiotics such as tetracycline and mix it into their food, you should probably treat for about 2 weeks or until it clears up
