Default Galaxia

My Galaxia seems to be shedding some of its tenticles? Is this normal? Should I be syphoning off the lost tenticles?

These tentacles if they reach another nejghboring coral, they could injure or kill it! Galaxae corals are potent and often have 4"sweeper tentacles.

Yeah before I bought the coral I read that they needed space. These are Slimmy tenicle looking strings coming off from the current. I just need to know if they shed or slim or do this normally?
