fragging corals, now with blisters on hand

I know better then this, should wear gloves...but cant work in the aqua gloves I have
Anyway, I was just going to clean tank, and decided to frag some candycane and some dead tissue off of my sun corals. I also did move some brown zoos however did not frag those
But when I was fragging the sun coral I found this orange brown glob..so I cut it off and got squirted in face and hand with something. The brown orange glob when I cut it off was some type of something that was soft. I thought it was just an old dead thing. My face is fine, but now on my right hand in the middle finger on tips I have 3 blisters forming and it is painful there.
Anybody have any ideas what I poisened myself with. I did wash my hands really well. I am thinking it is probably zoos, as I do not have any rash or pain where i was squirted in the face.
Is there anything that anybody knows that I should do? The blisters are small, and outlined in red and I dont feel fluid in there yet but you can see where they are forming.
By the way, I feel fine other then that one finger

Maybe some kind of leather? I have heard that some sarcophytons release poisons similar to zoas when fragged.

Palytoxin is an incredibly complex marine natural product containing 71 stereochemical elements. Palytoxin, isolated from soft coral (most notably, zoanthids), is considered to be one of the most toxic non-peptide substances known, second only to Maitotoxin.

Typical symptoms of palytoxin poisoning are angina-like chest pains, asthma-like breathing difficulties, tachycardia, unstable blood pressure, hemolysis (destruction of red blood cells), and an electrocardiogram showing an exaggerated T wave. The onset of symptoms is rapid, and death usually follows just minutes after.

Well, thankfully I am still alive but I figured I ought to take benadryl....when in doubt that stuff works wonders!
I do think I got stung by something actually now. I do have an open area next to where blisters came up and they are starting to subside and not hurt anymore.
