Default dwarf gouramis

i recently got 2 dwarf gouramis however on doing reaserch i found i have 2 males (1 blue with red spots and 1 red and white) the blue one seems to be agreesive and attacking the other. the red ones tail is now missing a few bits and he seems to be just staying in one corner. i only have 1 tank so icant separate them. is there anyway to stop this. my tank is full so i cant add any distractions. please help

The part of the fish that is missing isn't anything to be really concerned with! If it were its body then there is more reason to worry as you don't want infections or rot to take place.
Did you purchase the two of them together? What other fish do you have?
If those are your first two fish, try buying another fish to try and distract the dominant Dwarf. That may work! If not you may have to make a decision on returning one of them!
Alot of times, saltwater and Africans included, can not be housed as two of the same species of fish due to this result of aggression!!! They say to buy one or three or more! However, this doesn't always work either...It is a a trial and error process alot of times!!!
Let us know your decision!
Good luck! again welcome to 3reef!

Well It seems like that one will not give up untill the other one is dead. Since this an extreme situation it calls for an extreme fix. They sell tank dividers that you can place in there, obviously one on each side. This could be a temp fix untill you can figure something out a little more permanet.
Good luck
