Bummer. *I use Stop parasites and (Garlic in my food) to fight ich. *I have not had a full blown case but had some fish rock scratching and that seemed to solve the problem. *I would turn your skimmer On and put carbon in asap. *Then I would get some stop parasite and Garlic. *

Well good stuff to keep in your arsonal. Just for that bad day that you see your fish scracthing. This with the use of garlic seems to be the way to go. Basically the product makes the fish shed it slime coat and redo it. Causes the ick to be pushed off.
