Default Coco worm

I got a coco worm that was doing well for a couple of weeks. Now it stays in the tube all of the time. I know its in there because when its scared it goes further into the tube. I actually can see it in there but no feathers and it doesn't come out anymore, at all. Anyone have any advise? Oh I tested the water and everything is within recommended specifications.

Mission' Ive heard these coco worms can be difficult ' although ive never tried them
if i even do feather dusters' they come in on a rock or frag' as a bonus.
Ive heard poor water quality is a killer for these and they need phytoplankton/ liquid food

But any ways i hear they have low survial rates .. maybe acclamation methods ? perhaps not enough for it to "filter feed" ? and /or a PH/ALK issue ?(to much fluxuation in water parameters )

PH/ ALK is good, maybe a looser from the get go. What weirds me out is that its still in there and moves when scared.
