Unhappy ** Chocolate star fish

Well another part of my tank problems my my chocolate star fish has developed white spots and it looks like a few of his brown spots have fallen off. I think it could be ich. but I would like verification.

its not ich - only fish get that.

AS previously stated maybe something is eating it? Or perhaps its just dieing? how old is your tank?

the star fish has been in there for about 3 months. the tank was recently moved about 2 weeks ago from 1 room to another.
