Default ASAP - Problem with Torch

I think some thing is wrong with my torch....
Any ideas - I have included pics

Can you take a close up of the "empty" polyps? I think I might see a bit of brown jelly there?

Seconf one was taken this morning
I have not changed anything in the system in the last month.

Oops....we posted at the same time.

Brown jelly isn't the remains of tentacles.....it's a fungal disease. Remove that frag carefully and snap off that branch.

Inspect the other polyps as well. Whenever removing a Euphyllia from a tank slowly turn it upside down while still in the water. This will cause the polyps to retract. You should then be able to see if there is any brown jelly in any of the other polyps or "heads".

LFS that I got torch from said to treat tank with 2 drops of iodine.
Others have said to do a RO water dip for 3-5 min

What will work ????????????
