if you put it in your display tank and it takes off,it can grow over and around your corals.then you will have to pull it out all the time to keep your corals happy and your tank looks just deep enough for you to get tired of reaching in to pull out algae.i'm glad my tanks shallow cause i had to pull out grape and feather algae out for months.i keep my algae in my sump now.
