Default purple algae
i have a 30 gallon tank with live rocks and have purple coralline algae all over the rocks and the side of the tank and back some are on the front last month. if anyone knows why there are green algae growing on the side of the tank and back its not growing purple coralline algae whats going on. calcium 450,ph 8.3,

coraline grows in purple,green,sometimes blue, orange, even red

tank: 55gal, coralife super skimmer , odyssea 260w 48" compact light, Fluval 304 canister filter, power head, 50 lbs live rock

Fish: yellow tang, 2 false percula clown fish,dragon goby, 20 red legged crabs,9 blue legged crabs, 2 yellow tip damsels,7 nassarious snails,5 zebra snails,3 bumble bee snails,2 astraea cones,3 cerith snails.
