| Par for the coarse. Might add a little more flow, butter otherwise normal. Could last 3 days to 4 weeks. |

| You can leave the lights off. Won't effect it to much. Take a (clean) turkey baster and blow it loose to get filtered out. It's just a diatom bloom, part of new tank syndrome. |

| Not bad.
It will pass. Every tank gets a couple of bouts of it when first starting out.
Will disappear completely as soon as you can move in some hermit crabs.

If you want a good clean up crew go to ReefCleaners.org - Home. Click on the "custom clean up crew" option and let John build you one. Give him your tank specs, eventual bio-load, how often you feed everything.
While you're at it, ask him about improving water quality and let him recommend some macroalgae. I love mine, it really adds some depth to my reef tank.
