Is this what I think I'm seeing or is it the beginnings of the cyano comming back..I know there is still some in there. And no.... I did not steal that brain coral skeleton from the ocean. It washed up and was sitting on a Vieques beach after hurricane Hugo :)

    whatcha'll thank?

Looks like coralline to me. Cyano will take your tank overnight and will know if it is cyano.

do you all think the really dark burgundy color is cyano or coralline? I tried to scrub it with a brush and it wouldn't come off so I pressure washed them I know not good to do but I had to get rid of the green algae too.

Hooray! Now, don't come crying to us 6 months down the road that you've got too much coralline. It'll happen, just ask nemo. :)

    Coraline is a good sign

    HI,
Just remember coraline will use up your Mg and CA, so be sure to check it once in a while, I had one tank drop pretty fast after a major growth spurt.
