| Welcome Air, Water and Ice, Inc.! Air, Water and Ice Inc. have excellent deals on Reverse Osmosis filters for your tap water and excellent customer service. In my opinion, R.O. filters are practically a requirement for a successful reef tank.
Check out their site for the latest deals and accessories: http://www.airwaterice.com/

| Re: Welcome Air, Water and Ice, Inc.! HI ,
I like to think that with all of the money we spent for our diagrams that they must be the best .
So yes the reef keeper kit would have very good instructions .
*So as an experiment we could offfer *a couple and see how it went I was thinking that a Diy Typhoon would be about $ 59.00 no membrane .
That way you could pick the membrane you wanted . So all of the parts to build a Typhoon plus the sediment and two coconut carbon blocks for $ 59.00. Add some UPS and you could have a graet project .
Our instructions for installation and our diagram ( exploded would be included).

| Re: Welcome Air, Water and Ice, Inc.! One quick question for all of you . Which pump should we use to drive our new chiller . We need 1-3 gallons per minute . Needs to be reliable quiet and capable of only 1-2 psi or about 6 feet of head.
We are giong to be buying a very large quantity and we don't want to hear that we picked the wrong pump .

1 gallon per minute OR 60 Gallons per hour.
2 gallons per minute OR 120 Gallons per hour.
3 gallons per minute OR 180 gallons per hour.
One thing to think about would be cost when buying bulk or more bang for the buck.
Do you have a distributor lined up?
What type of connections are you thinking about using?

Thanks ,
That was quick , we used 1/4 tubing with our quick connect fittings . In fact we used a rio . the male thread portion of the fitting when wrapped with teflon fit really well into the smooth plastic hole .
No we have not lined up a vendor ,as we are still waiting to get a feel for how our customers feel about pumps . The initial run of chillers is scheduled as 100 . We have the materials for 1,000 . So we will probably buy one hundred at first .
Thanks The h2oGuru |
