|  Outstanding customer service
I just wanted to thank the crew at Air Water Ice for some outstanding customer service.
I recently ordered a Typhoon III RO/DI from Air Water Ice. I'm having a few issues getting it to work the way I need it to. (getting it to push water to the float valve in the sump) Well I emailed the crew at Air Water Ice and even though their systems were down I get a response that same day. Don was answering customer emails from his house!!!
To me this says a lot about how their business is run and how they value their customers. Don helped me diagnose a problem with my auto shut off valve and when it was determined it was bad he quickly offered to replace it. I didn't have to ask, he offered. Great job and you've got a customer for life!!! 
I would highly recommend Air Water Ice to anyone looking for a high quality RO/DI system. _________ Kris

I ordered from them too, and found them as great as Kogle said. I needed a hose adapter instead of the sink adapter and they said they would change it free of charge. Also very fast shipping, great product as well

I haven't had to call them yet but i ordered My compact unit on 7-29 and recieved it on 7-31 two days later.
