I'd leave the sand in and try not to disturb it as least as you can, keep the rocks in water. bucket or tubs and lots of them..... have make up water ready where you are moving to, cause you always seem to have less when you're done and towels, towels, towels! and a mop with cleaner and water for when you're done
since you arne't going that far you might not need a heater and air pump in your stuff as long as you do it all within 4 hours.
