Default Fan Advice?...Blow or Suck?

Currently have two small computer fans in sump cabinet, one blowing in, one blowing out.

Have one in top (not completely covered) blowing out directly under MH...

Now recently "found" three very well made small AC fans (~5") - much better made then ones regularly found in computers - which I want to mount on board across top of main tank...

Now question is...how to get best cooling efficiency...fans blowing towards water, or away? (Blow/Suck or combo) - They will be about 6" from surface.

All will be run on a thermostat in sump area as that is where it gets warmest first.

Any Advice?

(PS: "Tangster" dump some of those rec'd PM messages...can't send you any till you do...)
