Petco is like the ARMY its all decided how its to be done right down the check list nothing changes or substituted . If the saltwater lord himself went to work at a Petco he would not be allowed to change anything . Its assembly line pet sales . Only way anything can be deviated from is by the corporate offices . Only way you will ever change them is get their attention on the bottom line when they start to loose money the bean counters will start paying attention.

I don't think that alot of people are aware that it is for precisely this reason why things will never change at Petco. I've read many an account of salt water hobbiests going to work for Petco with the intention of changing the way they care for their fishstock only to end up severely frustrated and unemployed because they were not allowed deviate in any way whatsoever from the company's way of doing business.
