I have numerous serpent sea stars in my tank and feel they are safer on your reef tank.
I have maintained these inverts for years and don't target feed them except for a rare occassion.
As Tangster stated, you don't need to feed them as they are omnivores that are opportunistic feeders. They will feed on detritus, uneaten foods, pods small fish that they can catch(especially in the case of the emerald sea star). _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
