^ +1, does the concentration of Iodine in Kent Trace Elements and Purple-Up feed cyanobacteria as well as algae? I thought shrimp needed Iodine to help molt too.
Tangster, if the iodine in Purple-Up and Trace Elements is too much to be used regularly, what do you recommend to supplement calcuim? I know Epsom salts to raise Mg, Vinegar to decrease Alk, and Baking Soda to increase Alk...are water changes enough for calcium replenshment with Instant Ocean salt mix?
