If you search, you will find that I have been strigling with this for awhile.
Long story short. Check your source. When I checke mine, that is where is was coming from.
To reduce you can you the Phosban reactor and Phosphate reducing pads, but I have tried them all, and not until you remove it from your source will you be happy.
