Check out Seahorse.com - Seahorse, Sea Life, Marine Life, Aquafarm Sales, Feeds and Accessories - Home. I'm pretty sure they have info on where to find seahorses on-line. I would definitely not recommend them in a refugium though. They really need a dedicated tank. I kept them for many years and they require alot of special care and feeding but they're so worth it
