Default coral to place in the sand?

i would like to add a new coral to my 210gal. i've got one 250watt metal halide, placed in the center of the tank, with moonlights on each end.
i would like something i can place in the sand, as opposed to mounting on my live rock. i would like something that does'nt rquire much light, as i would like to place it on the far left side of the tank.
i would appreciate suggestions for the middle of the tank, also(corals to mount in sand), where the light is much brighter.
thanks
