Any other recent additions to the tank, such as fish, inverts, or new coral?
I would also run some carbon in your tank for a bit if you haven't already. Never know if there may be some toxins killing your fish, and if your fish are dying because of toxins, It likely won't take long for your corals to follow suit. |
