My thought also...or temp...how are you testing for???

Whatever dude, you need to do some serious water exchanges quick. Use proven RO/DI water. Or anything then what you are using now, if you don't have access to.

If you don't have a refractomer, get one..

Take water sample down to LFS and have them test out for you.

Something wildly haywire somewhere...Fish just don't die like this with water params you are reporting
