Default IO vs. Reef Crystals

Getting ready to make a food order from DFS. Whenever I do order from them I like to add a couple of buckets of salt as the additional shipping charges are insignificant. (They base shipping on total price of order)

Today price of salt:

Instant Ocean 160 gallon mix $36.99 $29.59

Reef Crystals 160 gallon mix $39.99 $31.99

Know we have been down this road before, but don't recall results.

I have been a long, long user of IO.

Question: What does "Reef Crystals" give you that IO does not. And, correspondingly, is it worth the extra couple of $.
