So I would like to increase my water flow; I don't think I have enough current to sustain my anemone. I have a penguin 200 biofilter in a 28 gallon bowfront (i think the filter is made for a 50 gallon), it's been doing a great job and creates a noticeable down current. Is there a way I could increase my current? Several options would be preferable.

And what would you guys consder, mild, moderate, and heavy current?
